Owner, operator of a full-service Licensed Private Detective and Security Agency specializing in litigation support, institutional security design, and asset protection.

Have designed security protocols, hired, and trained staff for museums, motion picture studios, school districts, religious institutions, and special events.  I am also a certified Notary Public and certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to perform the duties of a Pennsylvania Magisterial Judge

TJSL REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT, Inc.  1991-2004
 Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder of a residential real estate management company. Obtained, purchased, renovated, rented, and managed 34 properties in Philadelphia, PA.  Responsible for all “paperwork”, legal/governmental compliance, financial aspects, and tenant relations.

THE PHILADELPHIA ADULT PROBATION/PAROLE DEPARTMENT    1977-1997:
Served as an Officer, Investigator, Training Officer, and Warrant Officer.
Performed “specialized” caseload supervision (substance abuse, sex offender, and “special needs”).
Conducted/Chief Investigator in more than two thousand criminal  background and sentencing investigations.
Conducted/Chief Investigator in more than a thousand financial/restitution investigations.
Conducted/Chief Investigator in hundreds of Victim-Impact and Community-Impact investigations.
Served as a fully deputized/sworn Special Deputy United States Marshal assigned to the Eastern District Fugitive Task Force…tracked down, transported, and arrested violent felons.
      
COMPUSCAN MARKETING, Inc.    1988-1996:
 Was one of 4 co-founders/vice-presidents of a company which designed, marketed, and administered (for clients) point of sale (barcode scanning) games and sweepstakes  for (both) packaged food manufacturers and major retailers. 
Created all sales, public relations, press, and in-house publications, was responsible for all aspects of trade show exhibitions (exhibition space, scheduling, and staffing).
 
SCHOOL DISTRICT OF PHILADELPHIA   1977-1984:
 Classroom teacher (special education/middle school) for six years and manager/administrator of a Truancy reduction program for 1 year.
